WHAT WILL I STUDY?
The course will give you a broad introduction to various aspects of Law and prepare you for further study or employment. Studying A-Level Law will give you the opportunity to learn a very interesting subject. Students will study the following units:
AS
UNIT 1 LAW MAKING AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM
UNIT 2 THE CONCEPT OF LIABILITY
ASSESSMENT: 100% Exam - Each AS unit is examined externally.
A2
UNIT 3 CRIMINAL LAW (Fatal and Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person)
UNIT 4 CRIMINAL LAW (Offences Against Property) and Concepts of Law
ASSESSMENT: 100% Exam - Each A2 unit is examined externally.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
GCSE grade C or above in five subject including a grade B in English/History and Maths
A good level of general knowledge
- An interest in legal affairs
Willingness to work hard and a commitment to learning
